Guests arrive at Southampton.
Welcoming on board from the skippers and hosts/hostesses.
Light breakfast e.g. tea, coffee, orange juice, croissants. |

Briefing on the day's programme.
Safety procedures.
The issuing of Safety equipment and waterproof clothing if the weather
dictates.
Splitting up of people into teams, yachts - ribs. |
| 10:15 |
Prepare the yachts and ribs for sea.
Leave Marina.
Morning of sail training including: learning points of sail, Man
overboard procedures with the use of a dummy, brief navigation and
helming techniques.
All teams transferring at least once from yachts to ribs, thus combining
both types of fun and speed from the crafts. |

Arrive at a picturesque Solent River, Bay
or Harbour for a prepared luncheon.

| 14:00 |
Briefing on the afternoons events such
as:
- Solent Treasure Hunt which includes the Teams retrieving clues
allocated in different parts of the Solent from buoys and beaches.
- A programme of short separate races between the yachts and ribs. |
| 14:15 |
Prepare the yacht for sea.
Set sail. Introduction to Team Building with the emphasis on individual
duties and the part they play in racing of the yachts efficiently.
Allocation of individual duties such as helming, navigating and
sail trimming. |
| 17:00 |
Return to Southampton.
Debriefing from our' skippers and Rib drivers about the day.
Team photographs and possibly prize giving if requested. |
| 17:30 |
Guests depart at their own leisure.
