Team Building sailing is becoming a must for many companies.

We provide team building sailing activities and event Programs tailored to suit your company's needs.

Usually the team building sailing activities take place on our Swan 38 Yachts which are licensed to take up to 7 crew members.


The yachts come with Professional Yacht Master skippers who will endeavor to teach their team the basics of sailing including, navigation, sail trimming, boat handling skills and most importantly how to work and communicate together whilst also providing team building games.
